The Global Supply Chain Pressure Index (GSCPI) measures changes in global supply chain conditions using transportation costs and manufacturing indicators.
It combines data covering freight, delivery times, order backlogs and inventories across major manufacturing economies to provide a broader view of global supply chain disruption. The New York Fed publishes the index monthly.

About the GSCPI Data
The Global Supply Chain Pressure Index is produced by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
The index incorporates more than 27 variables, including global transportation costs and manufacturing survey indicators across major economies. It is intended as a broad measure of global supply chain conditions rather than a prediction of individual supplier performance.
